HAPPY OLYMPICS EVERYONE!!!
Today is the first day of the run of An Awesome Showcase and it went off without a hitch. We had a few people mosey on through and our first foreign-country-visitor (Vincent from Belgium!), as well as Joel, from Canadian Talent Farm, and his friend Frankie. The boys took the time to fill out our "Vancouver Is Awesome(.com) Because..." sheets and have a drink with the artwork:
Currently up on the walls is the Mixed Media category, which includes the likes of Colin Moore, Vincent Chan, Andy Chung, Jackie Dives, Peter Taylor and many more!
We're going to be here at SHINE for the whole of the Olympics from Noon to 5pm everyday, so come by and say hello and check out the work by some of Vancouver's most awesome artists...
