Local downtown eastside theatre society, Spectral Theatre, has spent the last 7 years chipping away at the foundations of the Vancouver arts scene, producing original and imaginative theatrical works from science fiction to horror to supernatural thrillers. They're in the middle of the run of their "cult storytelling" version of A Christmas Carol, adapted by Vancouver's own Fiona Revill, at the Jericho Arts Centre right now.
