Disney on Ice’s Mickey’s Search Party skates across Pacific Coliseum Nov. 28 to Dec. 1.
Disney’s appeal is irrefutable - case in point the widespread glee the Disney+ app caused this week when it was finally unleashed on an eager fandom.
Still, too much screen time is no good, and when the current tour of the kid-approved Disney on Ice arrives in Vancouver, you can stop searching the Disney+ app and swap in some searching of a different kind.
Disney on Ice’s Mickey’s Search Party is a multi-level performance piece including acrobats, aerial stunts, video projections, skeletons and even stilts.
The storyline for Mickey’s Search Party features Mickey and pals as they follow Captain Hook’s treasure map for clues to find Tinker Bell after he attempts to capture her magic.
Slide into the frosty fantasy world of Frozen, watch Moana as she bravely saves her island, see Belle in the sky above you as the enchanted chandelier comes to life, all emceed by the mouse himself and his iconic band of buddies.
Plus, hitting the ice for the first time is the enchanting and colourful world of Pixar’s Coco.
