'I ran to that Beyoncé presale': Fans react to Queen Bey's world tour date in Vancouver

The singer previously went on tour with Jay Z in 2018.
Beyoncé announced her "Renaissance" world tour on Feb. 1 with a stop in Vancouver, B.C., on Sept. 11, 2023.

Beyoncé is taking her latest album, Renaissance, worldwide.

The singer announced her world tour on Feb. 1 which will start in Sweden in May and make two stops in Canada along the way.

After performing in Toronto on Jul. 8, the superstar will take the stage at BC Place in Vancouver on Sept. 11 before wrapping up on Sept. 27 in New Orleans.

The announcement sent fans into a frenzy.

Vancouver drag queen star Kendall Gender was among those excited at the news.

Ticket sales will open on Feb. 6 and fans will need to register through Ticketmaster's Verified Fan system. Some locals were quick to register.

Others are still ecstatic at the news.

Beyoncé's world tour announcement comes days before the Grammy Awards where she is the most nominated artist and could make Recording Academy history.

The singer's last solo tour was in 2016. She toured with her husband Jay Z in 2018.
