FIFA World Cup soccer matches to be screened in movie theatres across Metro Vancouver

Cineplex will be broadcasting Canada Soccer's men's national team's FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 soccer matches live in movie theatres across Canada on Nov. 27 and Dec. 1.

Vancouver fans can watch the upcoming FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 soccer match on the big screen. 

Ahead of Canada's face off against Croatia and Morocco, entertainment and media company Cineplex will be broadcasting the two matches live in theatres across Canada.

Vancouverites can grab a bag of popcorn and root for Canada's men's soccer team when they play Croatia on Nov. 27 and Morocco on Dec. 1.

Tickets for the viewing parties are $5 each and will be available online and in-person starting Nov. 26 at noon local time.

All proceeds from ticket sales donated towards Food Banks Canada in support of its holiday food drive. 

Scotiabank Theatre is the only participating theatre in Vancouver. However, there are three more participating theatres across the province:

  • Cineplex Cinemas Coquitlam and VIP - 170 Schoolhouse St, Coquitlam

  • Cineplex Cinemas Langley - 20090 91a Ave, Langley Twp

  • SilverCity Victoria Cinemas - 3130 Tillicum Rd, Victoria
