IT'S FITNESS FRIDAY |
I'll admit it, I slacked off on my workouts this summer. I definitely subbed in lots out outdoor activities (my legs are still sore from running around festivals with my camera all season), but it's time to get serious again.
Luckily Barre has another fitness challenge on, to keep you motivated and working towards a goal (36 classes in 12 weeks). And on top of that, they're doing a BONUS challenge with mini workouts that you all can do at home each week.
