For a second year, weekends in New Westminster kick off this summer with a family-friendly night market--with booze. Fridays on Front will return to the revamped waterfront zone starting July 6, 2018.
Featuring artisan vendors from New West Craft, live music curated by the New Westminster Arts Council, and beloved street eats from food trucks from the Columbia StrEAT Food Truck Fest, Fridays on Front will take over the 600-block of historic Front Street.

As a delightful bonus, New West's own Steel & Oak brewery has teamed up with the event so that attendees can purchase beer or wine...and wander the market with it.
Fridays on Front will run every Friday night from 5 to 9 pm from July 6 to August 24. Admission is free, and the event is very transit-friendly, with two nearby SkyTrain stops.
