If I was halfway through a torrid May-December relationship that was starting to wane (as torrid May-December relationships are apt to do) I would head over to the Regional Assembly of Text this evening for some one-on-one time with my heart and an aged typing contraption...

If I wanted the relationship to continue down its torrid path, I'd write something profoundly filthy (I'm a romantic). If I wanted it to end, I'd write something simple and banal (I can be cold and pragmatic). Either way, whatever goes through those machines comes out looking like ... art. Not to mention the thrill of receiving real snail mail is wholly underestimated.

Or you could just go and have some tea and cookies, meet some new people and maybe write a letter to your niece. It's fun, it's free, it's Main St. on a Thursday night.
