Tickets go on sale Tuesday morning for a lineup of 1990s and 2000s movies that people in cars can enjoy underneath the stars this weekend that will sure get you in the Christmas spirit.
Twilight Drive-In, in Langley, is hosting a Holiday Winter festival of films including Elf, Disney'sThe Santa Claus, Krampus, and Planes, Trains, and Automobiles.
On Saturday, nearly a week’s worth of movies will be capped off with the 2004 flick Mean Girls cast upon the big screen at 9:20 p.m.
The very last film scheduled to be played is the 2003 romantic comedy, Love Actually, which follows the story of six couples in London, England during the holidays.

Per provincial health and safety guidelines, there is a maximum of 50 cars at the 3350 260 St. lot at one time – thus movie tickets are limited to per nightly showing.
COVID-19 safety measures are also being implemented, including a maximum of 15 people allowed in the concession at any given time and six people in washrooms.
“The nice thing about the drive-in has always been that you are in the privacy and comfort of your own vehicle, without having to share an armrest with a stranger, or having people sitting around you coughing,” said a spokesperson of the outdoor theatre.
Prices range from $30 for a vehicle containing two people and $70 for a carload of six.
