Finally - a large bus shelter is being built at the Commercial-Broadway bus stop for the 99 B-Line.

According to TransLink's blog, this busy area will soon have added weather protection for roughly 160 passengers to stand waiting in line, perfect for our rainy months ahead. Both the federal government and the Public Transit Infrastructure Fund have partnered to make the project possible.

According to TransLink, the stop is the busiest on the entire transit network.

"The 99 B-Line attracts more riders than any other bus corridor in Canada or the United States with more than 17 million annual boardings, and Commercial-Broadway Station is the busiest SkyTrain station in the system," says TransLink.
