Another awesome thing about Vancouver is the wealth of most excellent vintage stores filled with treasure, good junk, memorabilia and maybe some new (or old, however you want to look at it) clothes for the closet.
This summer, F as in Frank opened up a sister store to their Whistler location here on 2425 Main Street, and I highly suggest stopping by for a wee visit, not only for the old school Simpsons crewneck sweatshirts, neon track jackets and wacky sunglasses, but to set adrift on memory bliss checking out these things I recently spotted, all of which are mini homages to '80s albums from Billy Idol, Janet Jackson, Bobby Brown and Young MC.
And if this makes you want to listen to "Princicpal's Office" off a real record quick, then checking out Vancouver vinyl institution Neptoon Records down on the south end of Main is definitely your best bet.
