"John Davis is the Most Awesome Building Manager. Not only is he the most lovely, efficient, generous, honest, capable, and humble building manager/get-er-done guy, he is also the owner of four of those beautiful heritage houses on West 10th Avenue between Columbia and Manitoba. He and his family take such good care of those special homes. Their twinkle lights, perfect yards, and whimsical touches (a vintage bike covered in lights with moss and grass growing over it, for example) make this once voted “most beautiful block in Vancouver” extra special while taking an evening stroll or a bike ride. It’s all because of John Davis! His positivity and love for his neighbourhood is what makes my little slice of Vancouver awesome." |
