Here’s a chance to infuse your yoga practice with a whole lot of Karma.
On November 5th, a coalition of local entrepreneurs will host I.D.E.A. (Igniting Dialogue Empowering Action), a fundraiser for Surf’s Up for Autism, a local charity that aims to create an inclusive environment while providing the unique experience of surfing for children and families living with Autism.
Participants of the fundraiser will be treated to a morning of high intensity interval training, yoga and dialogue courtesy of Distrikt Movement Studio, all while helping to support a fun and inclusive surf/skate/snow experience to children and families living with Autism. This event is a not for profit and all proceeds will go directly to the Surf's Up for Autism Society. You can RSVP for the event HERE.
Founded in 2012, Surf’s Up for Autism has impacted 100's of children’s lives in a positive way. Two years ago the organization introduced ASD Skate Day, a one-day skateboard camp to the calendar, offering children with Autism another way to move, play and have fun.
