Fiona is a Vancouver painter working and living with her awesome family in Strathcona. She shows her work with Diane Farris Gallery, and this month at On the Rise on Granville. Her drive to paint is as inspiring to some as it is annoying to others.

During the next couple of weeks our friends at Raincoast Books are serving up a bunch of Top 5 lists from folks they work with, folks who work there and other people who are somehow tied to books and/or the literary world.

VIA hasn't been around all that long, but it's great to go back and see what the heck we were stoked on last year, and in this case, when we were stoked on it.
