Now that ive seen about a million hoops set up on the parking lot of BCIT, that must mean its time for the NBA Vancouver 3 on 3 tournament. It goes down this SAT & SUN, AUG. 15-16 on the Burnaby campus of BCIT at student parking lots C, D and F.
