Last year's LIVE BLOCK PARTY. It's Sunday. It's sunny. And today's the day for this (starting @ 2pm), which includes the sneaker drive , the Tail Tapas mini-ramp sesh, and a dance showdown / afterparty .

I know the great weather this weekend made me forget about the fact that fall is coming soon, but looking back it's great to know that even if the taps turn on and the rain doesn't stop, there's going to be tons of cool stuff to do this fall.

The format is changing up a little bit but an epic battle is brewing nonetheless. CLICK to see the aftermath from last year's Hood War and brace yourself for an onslaught of awesome launching in October.

These posters I found on the windows of the YWCA Thrift store at 4399 Main Street are the best I have seen in recent months.

I think Fall gets a bad rap because it follows summer and is before winter... Not a good placing. Spring gets a mulligan because it follows the nastiness of winter and is before the best time... but Fall, it seems destined to lose.
