As a part of this year's Fringe Festival , two theatre companies ( Craning Neck and Machinefair ) are teaming up to turn the Havana Theatre on Commercial Drive into a haunted house for a play entitled Biographies Of The Dead And Dying running Sept 10

Summer's ending and it sucks cause this summer was awesome... but, just to send it off with a bang, Mt Pleasant Pool is having their last pool party of the summer on Sept 7th, from 12-3pm...

Last weekend Dan Mangan celebrated the release of his new CD, Nice, Nice, Very Nice , by playing two sold out shows at the Cultch. I hope that you were at one of them or at least kicked yourself for not buying a ticket before they sold out.
