This weekend our good friends at Bodega Ridge Resort on Galiano Island are putting on an extra special dinner series featuring the likes of chefs from 4 of your favourite spots: Vancouver's Farmer’s Apprentice, Chambar, and Elementa as well as the recently lauded Pilgrimme on the South end of the island.
At the lodge at the resort on Friday night will be a casual dinner for $50, and Saturday night a 4 course extravaganza for $100. It's perhaps the best reason to hop onto a ferry and do some camping in Montague Provincial Park all year. Or you can stay at the resort for $550 per couple (including 2 nights in a cabin and both dinners). If you want to rally 3 couples you'll get your own cabin for 2 nights as well as both dinners for all 6 of you.
More details here c/o Scout. And if you want to familiarize yourself with the property check out this post we made about visiting Bodega Ridge in the springtime. It's a slice of heaven a mere hour ferry ride from Vancouver, and this weekend they're adding a layer of food on top of that cloud.
