over the weekend, i came across 'fallow' by vancouver artist, germaine koh. in this installation, plants and ground cover from a fallow urban lot have been transplanted into the gallery, completely filling the space. you can walk right through it.
originally shown at the künstlerhaus bethanien in berlin in 2005, you can check it out now at the charles h. scott gallery in vancouver. curated by cate rimmer, this exhibit runs until march 8th.
