Looking for something to do on Friday night? Dirty Apron, Vancouver’s “it” cooking school introduces "Friday Night Bites", a demo and dine class where guests are invited to sit back and relax while chef David Robertson prepares a four course gourmet meal. Dirty Apron is a state of the art cooking school and gourmet deli located in a beautiful restored heritage building in Vancouver’s Gastown neighborhood.
Dirty Apron Friday Night Bites Cooking Class
Unlike their hands-on cooking classes, Friday Night Bites, is a live cooking demonstration where chef David Robertson prepares each course with step by step instructions for guests to recreate the dish at home. Chef David shares his tips, tricks and tools of the trade while guests enjoy dining on each course paired with a glass of wine.

The theme of the Friday night dinners rotates monthly. For the month of April the theme is "Italian Tasting Plates" which features Sicilian Yellowfin Tuna in a Tomato Caper and Olive Sauce, Goat Cheese & Arugula Ravioli in a Walnut Sage Sauce, Tomato Braised Lamb with Butternut Squash Gnocchi and the grand finale, a beautiful Frangelico Poached Pear Tart. Enjoy an evening dining with a private chef. Classes are limited to a maximum of 20 guests.
