A curious new concept is setting up shop in downtown Vancouver in the space that has sat vacant for nearly a year now.
Lemon Fusion Kitchen and Bar will be the new tenant at 575 W Georgia St. The space was briefly Laboratory Sous Vide in late 2021, and had previously spent several years as the casual sandwich and salad cafe The Nosherie.
Aside from a just-started Instagram account, there isn't much information available about Lemon Fusion, however, its Google description is certainly intriguing.
"East Indian, Chinese, Mexican, Canadian with a fusion twist. Complete bar, coffee and shakes," is the brief bit of info provided by the new venture.
