When your business focuses on making one thing, that one thing is going to be perfection, and that's definitely the case with Vancouver's The Lemon Square

The local treat-maker has been baking and selling their lemon coconut squares for the past few years, and now they have opened a permanent storefront in Gastown.

Packed in a sweet and streamlined stamped brown paper wrapping, and boxed the same with a cheery yellow string, The Lemon Square is all about the beauty of simplicity.

Their location at 110-332 Water Street is a fresh destination for purchasing individual or bundled lemon squares, as well as some other local goodies they'll have in stock. The Lemon Square operates a stand at Granville Island's Public Market (the stand is closed until further notice due to COVID-19), and they also work with local vendors and cafés, like Spud and Milano, for example, who stock their delicious treats. Additionally, The Lemon Square sells their goodies online, if you can't make it down in person.

The new Gastown Lemon Square shop is open Wednesday to Saturday from 11 a.m.  to 6 p.m. and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
