Vancouver's liquid nitrogen ice cream shop opening its third location

The treat shop is beloved for its Instagram-friendly treats made using its ice creams.

Mister Artisan Ice Cream, known for its house-made creamy treats and scoops, has a third Vancouver shop location in the works.

Branding on the awning and window is visible at 1193 Robson St, a 768-square-foot retail space that was previously a women's apparel shop called Habit of Urban.

The business hasn't formally announced the shop or revealed a timeline for opening, but last week Mister's Instagram stories acknowledged the upcoming Robson location with a reshare of a local food fan's image of the storefront from their IG story.

Mister, which uses liquid nitrogen to create its signature line-up of flavours such as Double Oreo, Tiramisu, and Creme Brulee, debuted several years ago in Yaletown with its first shop, followed in 2022 by a second location in Kitsilano.

The treat shop is also beloved for its Instagram-friendly treats made using its ice creams, including many popular collaborations with other Vancouver restaurants and businesses, like ice cream sammies and the iconic torched s'more.

Mister's ice cream can be enjoyed in cups or taken home by the pint.

V.I.A. has reached out to Mister for more information about its Robson Street ice cream shop location.
