Frozen in carbonite for an undisclosed period of time and recently thawed out, Valin Horn is the galaxy's "only maker of Artisanal Lightsabers". Son of the leader of Rogue Squadron, this video featured below tells his story and that of some random dude named Kylo Ren who he's making a lightsaber for.
Vancouver filmmaker Jeremy Brown adapted the character and spent the last 8 months building a droid, ARB-81, as well as most of the other props in the film he's created below.
Oh, and he also did all the visual effects. And all the actors are Vancouver. This might be the very best May the 4th thing to ever come out of this city. Enjoy.
