Vancouver Fire Rescue Services (VFR) is responding to a structure fire in East Vancouver.
Crews are on the scene at 1300 Powell St. according to a tweet from VFR, near the intersection with Clark Drive. It's currently classified as a two-alarm situation.

The fire is located near the Powell Brewing Company, who've tweeted about the situation. They note it's being controlled.

As a result of the situation Translink has rerouted transit in the area (the 4 Powell and 7 Nanaimo)
