Don't let the gloomy mornings fool you.
While the Vancouver weather forecast includes the chance of rainfall over the next couple of days, the weekend forecast calls for some decidedly toasty temperatures.
Starting on Thursday, July 23, however, the forecast calls for a 30 per cent chance or rain all day long, with a high of 21°C and a low of 14°C. Similarly, Friday morning is expected to be cloudy with a 30 per cent chance of showers, but the evening is expected to be clear.
Coming into the weekend, the forecast calls for bright sunshine on Saturday and a high of 22°C with a low of 14°C at night. On Sunday, the forecast also calls for bright sunshine and a toasty high of 25°C on the coast and a sizzling high of 29°C inland. Monday is also expected to see the same soaring temperatures and bright sunshine.
Starting on Tuesday, the forecast calls for a mix of sun and cloud, but the temperatures will still reach 25°C. Wednesday is also expected to see a mix of sun and cloud with a slightly cooler high of 24°C.

Environment Canada has revisited its three-month summer forecast to include September. Models show above average temperatures. Right now, the forecast shows the Lower Mainland should see temperatures between 0.5°C and 1°C above average through the season.
