After a wet weekend, Vancouver will see a wide variety of weather this week.
Environment Canada is forecasting a rough start to the week with clouds, showers and even a chance of "wet flurries over higher terrain" Monday morning. All that will be mixed together with a bit of wind gusting up to 50 km/h near the shore; a high of 7 C is expected.
Tuesday, April 18, should see some calmer weather, with a 60 per cent chance of showers through the day decreasing in the evening. Peak temperature should be a bit higher, too, with a high of 11 C. Although in the evening, after the showers, it's expected to drop as low as 3 C.
Wednesday and Thursday are forecast to be the nicest days of the week, with a mix of sun and cloud each day and temperatures hitting around 12 C. Wednesday night there's a chance of showers. And while Thursday night is expected to start off just cloudy, precipitation is expected by Friday morning.
That said, the weekend showers are also bringing with them a bit of bump in temperature, as Friday and Saturday (both expected to see showers) will see highs into the mid-tens.
