Have you ever been to Belcarra Regional Park? It's a quick drive, right outside of Port Moody, below is a Google map screen capture of the trip from Mt Pleasant to the park.
Basically, one minute you're driving past houses and the next you're leaning out the window taking a picture of a deer.
You drive through the forest that's lined with trails for hiking/biking and at the end of this road you reach Indian Arm and an awesome picnic spot that's right on the water.
This post is, again, sortof a warmup for the new feature I've been dropping hints about. Hopefully launching later this week, stay tuned!
