A small, "cozy" den is up for grabs in a Downtown Vancouver apartment.
The room, which has enough space for a twin bed and some legroom to stand up, comes with a small closet, mirrors, and a shoe and clothing organizer. However, the latter is simply an array of hooks on the wall, a tiny mirror, and minute bedstand.
The door is also a sliding door.
For $1,000 per month starting June 15, the den is "good for [international] female students or workers," reads the Facebook listing.
Whoever snags this "clean and comfortable" rental will also have to pay a $10 charge to use bathroom and kitchen supplies, however all utilities are included.
The only rules are that tenants can't smoke, use drugs, or bring guests over.
