In his new restaurant home, which is situated in the former Beyond Restaurant space at the iconic Century Plaza Hotel in Downtown Vancouver, Chef Woods has crafted a menu deeply inspired by his wealth of experience, which includes standout menu items like Lobster Risotto with Seared Hokkaido Scallops, Roast Chicken with Truffle Potato Puree, Roasted Cauliflower and BC Mushrooms and of course, the 42oz certified Angus Fiorentina Steak that serves between 2 - 4 people.

“At the heart of this restaurant is homemade, meticulously crafted food,” says Chef Bruce Woods. “We make everything in house and spend countless hours ensuring the ingredients we use in the restaurant are of superior quality.”
The same philosophy is applied to the restaurant’s mesmerizing Sunday brunch, which includes Spaghetti Carbonara, Eggs Benedict and a gooey Mac and Cheese made from Gruyere and Fontina. Their weekly Sunday evening Prime Rib dinners however, keep things a little more traditional, and are served alongside classic Yorkshire Pudding and Au Jus.

C | Pime boasts an extensive wine cellar and knowledgeable staff who can help you pair a world-class wine for any menu item or palate. Their wine list actually earned them the Wine Spectator award just his year.
With incredible wine and absolutely otherworldly indulgences (we almost forgot about their dessert menu), C | PRIME makes for a truly celebratory dining experience.
