What this means is that organizations are in need of skilled workers to design and build digital products and services that effectively engage their target audiences. Those skilled in web design and development are most likely to find career opportunities that are in high demand (and provide higher pay) in comparison to other occupations.
Creative skills will protect workers from being replaced by new technologies in the increasingly-automated future. In addition to job security, having a design education can teach you invaluable skills, such as innovation, creative thinking, and problem solving, that will help you thrive and succeed in every profession.
