Celebrity fitness trainer Tommy Europe will be leading an intense workout for attendees at his signature SHRED Bootcamp (Saturday at 11:00 a.m.), and will also deliver a sure-to-be-inspiring speech on how he approaches the “fountain of youth”. Selected twice as one of Canada's Top Fitness Trainers, and National Champion for the Canadian Men’s Health Foundation; Tommy Europe is one of Canada’s most recognized fitness personalities.
If you’d rather spend your weekend sweating from spicy food, be sure to check out the Health & Wellness Show’s Healthy Eats Cooking Stage, which will feature a live cooking demonstration by celebrity chef Vikram Vij. Chef Vij will walk you through the steps to make a healthy Indian meal and speak to his inspirational life journey.
The Health & Wellness Show will also feature free Hearing Health Checks by Connect Hearing, Free rock-climbing and bouncy castle for kids, free hair and makeup makeovers by Salon Picasso, free Nutrition Consultations by Holistic Health & Vitality and frequent drawings for prizes and goodies from the event.
