“Isn’t it time for a Caesar?!”
Special occasions call for a special drink and there’s nothing more fitting for this year’s backyard summer get-togethers than a Caesar. Whether you’re craving wine, beer, or a classic Canadian Caesar, Mott’s® Clamato® is endlessly customizable, making it the perfect drink no matter where you are, who you’re with, or what you're celebrating.
Fortunately there’s a practically endless amount of ways to top, tweak, and twist this beloved Canadian cocktail, so we partnered with Mott’s® Clamato® Caesar directly to share some of their favourite, most inventive recipes, just in time for summer.
BBQ CORN CAESAR
Nothing says summer in B.C. like corn on the cob! In a mixing glass, muddle BBQ corn kernels, Worcestershire sauce, jalapeño hot sauce, and liquid smoke. Add whiskey and Mott’s® Clamato® Lime Cocktail, and stir well to mix and spread the flavours around.

STAMPEDE CAESAR
Miss traveling? Rim a highball glass with citrus, salt, and fresh cracked black pepper. Fill the glass to the top with ice. Add Alberta premium rye whiskey, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce of your choice, steak spice, salt and pepper, beef stock, and last but not least, Mott’s® Clamato® The Works Cocktail. THE MEAT LOCKER
Meat lovers take note of this one -- start by rimming your glassware with steak spice and Mott’s® Clamato®Rimmer. Add vodka, steak sauce, chipotle hot sauce, lemon juice, your favourite craft lager, and ice. Top off with Mott’s® Clamato® Reserve, stir well, and garnish with beef jerky and pickled onions. WERK THE JERK CAESAR
For those craving a beach getaway. Rim a tall glass with the Jamaican jerk seasoning and smoked sea salt, add the dark rum, jerk marinade, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, and pineapple juice.
