This September, Western Canada’s largest multicultural event moves entirely online - kicking off the celebrations with a livestream followed by a 4-week cultural video series to continue the ultimate celebration of food, music and culture.

VIRTUAL SURREY FUSION FESTIVAL LIVESTREAM

The free, family-friendly Virtual Surrey Fusion Festival livestream will take place on the morning of Saturday, September 26 from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m., broadcasted on Facebook and YouTube Live. Viewers can expect to see a series of segments including cultural performances, musical entertainment, art lessons, Surrey history, Indigenous education, dance lessons, cooking segments, and kids’ activities at this year’s virtual event.

CULTURAL VIDEO SERIES

Following the livestream, people can tune into the Festival’s four-week interactive cultural video series. Videos will be posted daily on the City's Facebook and Instagram channels.

The month-long Surrey Fusion Festival video series will feature up to 30 interactive videos, including “how-to” cooking, dance, and arts and crafts activities from cultures across the globe. New video content will be added everyday on social media until the series’ end on October 25th.
