When it comes to finding the perfect wine for you, the easy-to-use Wines of BC Explorer app provides a comprehensive directory of every wine and winery in B.C. No matter where you are located in the province, you can find the right wines and wineries for you in the palm of your hand.

To start, take the taste test to uncover personalized expert recommendations based on your individual flavour profile.
You’ll answer some quick questions about your preferences, including:
wine types (red, white, rosé, or other);
tastes and aromas (floral, tropical, earthy, oak, and more);
body styles on the scale of light to full; and
your price range.
Upon completing the quiz, you will be presented with categories tailored to you.
Whether you prefer light and refreshing whites or bold and sun-ripened reds – or even orange wines for those who really like it offbeat — the app will have you covered with your perfect matches. You’ll be given information about each wine and your match percentage. Each wine profile gets even more granular with details on characteristics and ideas for recommended food pairings.
Each of the wineries within B.C.’s vast regions is covered, from the Okanagan Valley to the Gulf Islands and beyond. The platform features everything from award-winning tasting rooms to organic wineries and even highlights dog-friendly locations and wine estates ideal for picnics. Special on-site events such as private vineyard tours, outdoor tastings and one-of-a-kind dining experiences are highlighted as well.
As you check off the many items on your B.C. wine to-do list, you can keep track of all the wine experiences you’ve tried and tested in your very own personal digital cellar.
Experience the province’s best wine destinations differently yet memorably this summer.
