Have you heard the rumour that librarians are awesome? We can confirm that. Introducing the second of Vancouver Cycle Chic 's four short films: Heart and Soul, starring Cecily. Cecily is a librarian at the Vancouver Public Library Central Branch.

It's all about balance on V.I.A. lately. Between our regular blog posts from the cycling non-profit HUB , our weekly Bike Brake feature and our recent partnership with Vancouver Cycle Chic lie Vancouver Autos and our On the Road To features.

Bike to Work Week may be over but the WhoopDeeDoo that Greg Papove INSTALLED for it (with a little help from us and Penny Smash) is still sitting on the bike path on 6th Ave across from the Olympic Village Canada Line station.
