Kayak has revealed its list of the top ten cheapest destinations to visit from Vancouver for spring break.

The travel search engine company notes that Vancouver families who haven't booked their travel yet are still in luck for booking a holdiay that won't break the bank. However, there are a number of cities that will save Vancouverites a great deal of money on airfare.

According to KAYAK’s 2020 International Travel Survey, 40 per cent of Canadians plan to take a beach holiday this year. With this in mind, a number of March Breakers also look to hit the slopes, with Aspen, Colorado landing in the number two spot on the March Break trending list.

Kayak also found that Vancouver families are willing to travel further for some fun in the sun, with a number of locals planning to travel to Panama City (Panama), Nadi (Fiji), Hilo (Hawaii) and Auckland (New Zealand) over the break.

Budget conscious Vancouverites are advised to consider domestic and stateside destinations - with travel to Montreal, Los Angeles, San Diego and New York - all with median airfare under $600.

Toronto was also a top deal destination for March Break, as prices for Vancouverites have dropped a whopping 19 per cent.
