Vancouverites looking to fly across Canada in the new year have several low-cost options to choose from. 

When the province gave the green light for British Columbians to fly across the country this July, Flair Airlines ramped up its flight schedule offering numerous low-cost tickets for locals looking to travel after a lengthy hiatus.

Now, the discount carrier is offering multiple discounts on flights across Canada from Vancouver with direct options starting as low as $39 CAD including all taxes and fees.  

Flights to popular destinations such as Toronto and Montreal often cost over $200 CAD, and Vancouverites can save well over 50 per cent on direct routes. 

For example, a flight departing Vancouver International Airport on Feb. 23, 2022, and flying directly to Montreal's Pierre Elliot Trudeau International Airport costs $59 CAD including all tax and fees.

The budget Canadian airline also offers non-stop, low-fare flights between eight Canadian cities and six U.S destinations: Fort Lauderdale, Orlando-Sanford, Hollywood-Burbank, Palm Springs, Phoenix and Las Vegas.

The new service to the six U.S cities is among several new destinations Flair is adding to its network as the airline rapidly grows to serve 26 destinations in Canada and the U.S.
