A stay at the lodge also takes you on a journey back in time, "with its century-old fireplaces and an oak bar salvaged from an 1890’s Yukon saloon."

The Mount Burgess Dining Room, for example, features free-range elk, bison and caribou along with seafood, pasta and a sophisticated array of desserts.
