Canada's largest airlines are offering discounts on flights from Vancouver across the country when booked now and over the coming days.
WestJet, Air Canada, and Porter are all offering 30 per cent off flights across the country to start the month.
WestJet and Air Canada are also offering discounts on flights to warm destinations, providing cheaper options for folks looking to travel further or get away during the fall and winter.

WestJet
WestJet is hosting a one-day flash sale, offering travellers up to 30 per cent off base fares on select Canadian flights between Aug. 4 and Dec. 16. The sale applies to tickets booked in the UltraBasic, Econo, and Premium classes.
Flights occurring in the summer have a 15 per cent discount, while ones starting after Sept. 30 include the larger one.
- 30 per cent off select base fares: travel between Sept. 3 and Dec. 16
- 15 per cent off select base fares: travel between Aug. 4 and Sept. 2
Tickets must be booked by Thursday, July 31, at 10:59 p.m. using the discount code "CANSALE."
WestJet is also hosting a sale on over 35 sun destinations in Mexico, the Caribbean, and Central America, including its new destinations: Panama City, Havana, Guadalajara, and Tepic, Mexico. Travel must occur between Oct. 26, 2025, and April 26, 2026.
The sale applies to tickets booked in the UltraBasic, Econo, Premium, and Business classes. Tickets must be booked by Aug. 1 at 10:59 p.m., but do not require a booking code.
The airline is also offering discounts on flights to Europe on flights from Sept, 15, 2025, and June 15, 2026.
The discounts apply to trips between Canada and Dublin, Edinburgh, London, Paris, Barcelona, Rome, and Keflavik.
Tickets must also be booked by Aug. 1 at 10:59 p.m., but do not require a booking code.
Air Canada
Air Canada is also offering a 30 per cent discount off base fares on flights in Canada for travel between Aug. 4 and Dec. 16.
The discount structure works the same as WestJet's, with the larger discount offer on trips occurring starting Sept. 3.
- 30 per cent off travel between Sept. 3 and Dec. 16
- 15 per cent off: for travel between Aug. 4 and Sept. 2
The following blackout dates apply: Oct. 9, 10, and 13.
Tickets must be booked by Thursday, July 31, at 11:59 p.m. using the discount code "V8U9K3C1."
Travellers can also enjoy reduced base fares on flights to Mexico and the Caribbean for travel between Oct. 26, 2025, and April 26, 2026.
Trips must be booked by Aug. 1 at 11:59 p.m., but no booking code is required.
Porter
Porter is also offering 30 per cent off select base fares on flights in Canada for travel between Sept. 2 and Dec. 16. However, the discount is not applicable on Oct. 9, 10, and 13.
Tickets must be booked by July 31 at 8:59 p.m.
