With the Vancouver forecast predicting a cold start to fall, there's never been a better time to escape to Disneyland!

Besides being significantly warmer than BC, it is also known as the happiest place on Earth.  What's more, Holland America Line is offering an incredible deal to get you there without spending a fortune.

While some people worry that cruising costs a great deal more than staying in a hotel, the reverse is usually true. For example, this 4 night cruise on the Zaandam costs a total of $451.11 CAD per person with all taxes and fees included for an interior cabin based on a double occupancy. This breaks down to $112.78 CAD per day, but that includes a great deal of things.

Not only does that cost include your transportation on a beautiful 4 star vessel, but it also includes meals, entertainment, snacks, lodging, and more! The only thing it doesn't factor in is alcohol, but you may opt to purchase a drink package that can reduce the cost of your spending.

If you were staying in a hotel in California, you may end up spending that cost on accommodation alone, if not more. Conversely, the cruise offers 5 star entertainment, endless gourmet food, and so much more for the same price.

Disneyland Cruise

This cruise departs out of Canada Place on September 25th and arrives in San Diego on September 29th. While you will need to purchase a one way flight home, these flights are very reasonably priced. In addition, Holland's cruise cost a fraction of what you'd pay on a Disney Cruise, and after you disembark, you may chose to visit Disneyland for a couple of days.

If these dates don't work for your schedule, there are other Pacific Coastal cruises offered throughout the fall and then again (going in the opposite direction) in the spring. Keep in mind, however, that they won't always show the lowest price right away, so you may want to keep that in consideration.

With all that in mind, this cruise is filling up extremely fast and the sailing is right around the corner. As a result, you'll want to reserve your spot as soon as possible. Also, make sure you book any cruising excursions in advance, as those tend to book up.
