Are you DIY all the way? Look no further. This is the costume creator's haven, where all kinds of fabric, sequins, feathers, stones, and more come together in a smorgasbord of awesomeness. Best of all? Dressew is super cheap.

"The best costume store in Vancouver" is a bold claim, but Merchant of Dream offers an impressive 5,000 costumes to make your dress-up dreams comes true. Masks, wigs, contact lenses, lingerie, eyelashes, makeup, and much more are offered in the expansive store.
