While Richmond drivers are notorious for not knowing which lane to use, one driver took it a step further Saturday afternoon.

Photos show a silver car, facing east, partially resting on top of a concrete median separating road from sidewalk at the corner of No. 4 and Alexandra roads. The rear half of the car is on the sidewalk.
“Can’t figure out (how) she could have done this,” said John Read, who took the photos, referencing the woman seen standing next to the vehicle.
The incident happened around one p.m., according to Read.
