The British Columbia Centre for Disease Control is notifying passengers of two more flights on which they could have been exposed to COVID-19 while on board.

Both Air Canada flight 111, which departed from Toronto and landed at Vancouver International Airport on Monday, July 13, and Air Canada flight 8073 - which left from Vancouver heading to Victoria the same day - were carrying passengers infected with COVID-19, the BCCDC announced Saturday.

All passengers who were aboard either aircraft are advised to self-isolate and self-monitor for symptoms for the 14 days following the flight.

Saturday's advisory comes on the heels of several recent notifications from the BCCDC regarding flights that similarly shuttled passengers with COVID-19 to or from Vancouver this month.

Those flights include:

  • July 5: WestJet 186, Vancouver to Edmonton
  • July 5: Korean Air 071, Incheon, South Korea, to Vancouver
  • July 6: American Airlines 1270, Dallas to Vancouver
