The Metro Vancouver weather forecast calls for a far less chilly night after temperatures broke a weather record that is over 100 years old.
With that being said, the milder temperatures will come with some wet weather. Starting on Friday, Oct.11, the forecast calls for a high of 15°C during the day and a low of 5°C at night. Saturday, however, is expected to see a 30 per cent chance of showers throughout the day and into the night.
Sunday's forecast calls for a 40 per cent chance of showers during the day, but the evening is expected to be cloudy. Monday's forecast calls for brighter change of pace, with a mix of sun and cloud during the day and cloudy skies at night.
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday are expected to see periods of rainfall. With that in mind, daily lows are expected to dip around 8°C or 9°C, rather than the freezing temperatures Vancouver saw over the past few days.
