Meat lovers, this is your day. The epic meat and beer fest called Brewery & the Beast will have eaters all fired up once again this summer, when the day-long feast hits Vancouver.
Taking place outside at the Concord Pacific lot near False Creek on Sunday, July 29, Brewery & the Beast brings together some of the city's finest meat slingers, cooking up eats in all sorts of styles. Expect to sample everything from barbecue, sous-vide, to smoked, grilled, and slow-cooked, and most proteins will be provided by event sponsor Two Rivers Meats, one of the finest in the biz.

At this 19+ only event, you can ward off the meat sweats with sips of suds (and other libations). On hand will be Phillips Brewing Company and their legendary 35-tap “Gypsy” wagon offering high-quality craft brews; cider from award-winning Left Field Cider Co; premium BC wines; Phillips homemade sodas; specialty coffees; and refreshing selections of Kombucha tea.
Plus, you'll be feasting for great causes: Partial proceeds benefit the BC Hospitality Foundation and The Hawksworth Young Chef Scholarship Foundation.
This event is a hot one, and tickets always sell out, so mark your calendars for May 1 when they go on sale.
