This raccoon snuck into a BC Hydro truck to grab lunch and a nap (VIDEO)


A BC Hydro truck was the unlikely location for a stolen lunch break and nap for an enterprising critter. The utility agency shared a short video clip on Twitter Monday showing a raccoon that had snuck into a truck on the job in Burnaby this weekend.

The unplanned truck guest apparently helped themselves to some food, and curled up for a little nap in the sunshine.

“He snoozes, one of our team members loses! This little bandit got caught taking a nap – and someone’s lunch – in one of our vans in Burnaby this weekend,” quipped BC Hydro on social media.
