A Richmond-based animal society has set-up a livestream video of how their kittens are spending their days after being rescued.

On Sunday evening, the Regional Animal Protection Society (RAPS) started at Facebook live "kitten camera" to share with the community.

According to the post, RAPS had set up the live video for people to share with friends and family “who may need some cheering up, or anyone who would enjoy it."

The video focuses on kittens who were recently rescued from an apparent hoarding situation, which was reported by the Richmond News on April 1.

The video received many positive comments since it was published, however, it is uncertain how long the video streaming will run for.

Meanwhile, the Richmond-based society is reaching out to the public for donations to help rescued kittens, cats and other animals “transition well and (to) eventually find their forever homes.”
