Whether we like it or not, social media appears to be over running a majority of people’s lives.

OK, here we go… Last week in this space , I allowed former Vision city councillor George Chow to issue a challenge to readers to name the location of his favourite … urinal? I know, crazy stuff to be writing about.

The West End is covered with hundreds of beautiful deciduous trees that add beauty year-round and help make it a fantastic place in which to live. Now, as they are deciduous, they lose their leaves (duh!).

It looks like Dana Larsen’s dream of legalizing marijuana is going up in smoke. With less than a month to go, the Sensible B.C. petition campaign is reportedly not even close to the number of signatures required for Elections B.C.

Comfort has always been paramount for me. I must admit that when I was younger, comfort took a backseat to how an outfit looked but as I get older (or I prefer more experienced), I’ve learned to balance both.

Feeling a bit congested? It may not be an early winter cold. It could be the traffic. As you may have heard, according to GPS maker TomTom we are living in the most congested city in North America.
