Skiing started out as a family activity when she was younger, but quickly became a part of Frood's life for many years to come. Two years ago, she decided to make Whistler her permanent home and spends her time these days giving back to the sport that is so deeply ingrained in her. Through Girls Day Out, a program that works to provide “life lessons on skis”, she shares her excitement and love for the sport with other women.
